If you are Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic and have been affected by the pandemic and you need advice or someone to talk to, you can call us confidentially on 0800 1512605 or have an online chat with the specialist support advisor. Available Mon-Fri, from 1pm-8pm. Helpline advisors can talk in English, Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi. Psychotherapists can provide therapeutic support in English, Hindi, Bengali, French and Punjabi.
This resource aims to provide practitioners working with children and families affected by ill health and disability with information, resources and links to help develop and implement best policy and practice for services to identify and support black and minority ethnic young carers and their families.
