Finance Manager - part time (14 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent contract (subject to funding).
Hours: 14 hours per week
Salary: £15,096 for 14 hours (pro rata from £37,740 full time)
Pension: 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution.
Holiday: 10 days holiday a year plus pro rata bank holidays.
Charity Administrator - part time (21 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent contract (subject to funding).
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £14,687.40 for 21 hours (pro rata from £24,479 full time)
Pension: 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution.
Holiday: 15 days holiday a year plus pro rata bank holidays.
Additional benefits for both roles:
One day birthday leave
Access to external supervision as well as line management supervision
Up to five days paid carers/dependents leave per year.
