Participation and Development Manager – part time (28 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent contract (subject to funding).

Hours: 28 hours. Includes regular evening work and occasional weekend and residential work (with notice) 

Salary: £30,192 for 28 hours (pro rata from £37,740 full time).

Pension: 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution.

Holiday: 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays, plus one day birthday leave.

Additional benefits:

Access to external supervision as well as line management supervision

Up to five days paid carers/dependents leave per year.
