We are Sheffield Young Carers

SYC is a registered charity that has been supporting young people since 1997.

We provide one-to-one and group support to children and young people between the ages of 8 and 25. We also help the families of young carers and young people affected by drug/alcohol use in their family.

Young carers look after family members who have disabilities, long term physical or mental health problems, and/or issues with drugs or alcohol.
