Sheffield Young Carers (SYC) is entering the next crucial phase of our development. We are seeking to commission a consultant to support and challenge SYC over the next five years. You will need experience in supporting a youth-led, small organisation through a period of change, with a focus on developing the impact of our work.
SYC have been working alongside the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) through its Youth Fund since June 2016 and, following an initial two-year grant, SYC have been selected for a five-year investment programme through the PHF Growth Fund. The Growth Fund supports youth organisations to enhance their impact as agencies working with young people to create positive change.
We are inviting expressions of interest from providers who would like to be considered for this role with an initial deadline of 12th August 2019. There is a budget of circa £5,000 per year and the appointment is made through the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) Growth Fund.
