Since the summer, SYC members have been working with Point Blank Theatre to develop their own moving and thought-provoking performance and film to show what it's really like being a young carer.

They performed the play, called 'A Life in a Day', during October half term to two public audiences, who were amazed by their skills, honesty and confidence. Comments after the show included 'exceptional', 'confident' and 'fantastic performance' and many of those who attended were so moved by the performance they have vowed to take action to improve support and services for young carers in Sheffield. An amazing acheivement - well done to everyone involved!!!
